After getting access go to my courses, click on the course's image or title, click to course content, click on session1 then you get a link bellow with a image icon or a video icon with video icon and then click on it, by a click you will get course materials or video, after read or watch, click a small square label in front of then session and then mark as complete. Do the same on all next sessions.
